Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to department managers and staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database updates
  • Support onboarding processes (paperwork, badge setup, training schedules)
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and route inquiries to appropriate staff
  • Coordinate office supplies, purchase requests, and vendor communication
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with SAP, NetSuite, or other ERP systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
