Overview
The US Oncology Network is looking for a Hybrid Remote PMO Coordinator to join our Enterprise Project Management Office Team at Texas Oncology. This position will be primarly located in Austin, Texas or Dallas, Texas. Some travel may be necessary for training and team meetings.

What does this position do?
Under general supervision, the PMO Coordinator supports the Project Management Office by managing project intake, ensuring governance compliance, preparing reports and dashboards, and providing administrative assistance to Project Managers. This role streamlines operational processes, enhances reporting accuracy, and strengthens adherence to PMO standards, allowing Project Managers to focus on strategic delivery and driving successful outcomes across the enterprise portfolio. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values.

Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage and track new project intake requests, ensuring completeness and alignment with intake criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate governance meetings, including calendar invites, agendas, and logistics.
- Prepare and maintain governance slide decks and supporting materials for leadership review.
- Ensure consistent and timely reporting across all active projects, including status updates and risk tracking.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility across initiatives.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the EPMO to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare-related program Or
Or
High School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of related work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in project management and enterprise-level operations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project governance and reporting practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative mindset.
