We are looking for an associate level Creative Operations Coordinator to help our Creative Operations Manager continue to define and optimize the processes that support our growing teams. In this internally focused role, you will handle the behind the scenes tasks that set us up for success, from onboarding and initial set up, to weekly resourcing and staffing meetings, to long term team and community building initiatives.

While we are a remote organization, this role is required to work PST hours.


Candidates should have:

  • 3+ years of Creative Operations, Project/Production/Account Management, Resourcing, and/or Studio Management experience, in an agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, including managing multiple projects and teams across time zones and locations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in written and verbal communications, and the ability to work flexibly and responsively in a dynamic, creative environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining key relationships with leaders of different functions and at all levels.
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well in ambiguity.


We’d like to know that you can:

  • Own Onboarding operations for new team members and projects, including:
  • Managing equipment, location, and account submissions for new hires and departures, coordinating with HR and IT.
  • Facilitating new hire onboarding, including security training and IT troubleshooting.
  • Working with hiring managers to organize and create onboarding documents.
  • Help manage Resourcing meetings and team operations by:
  • Taking meeting notes, track resourcing flags, and share updates in appropriate channels.
  • Tracking and communicating upcoming vacations and coverage.
  • Assisting Manager and Production team with short term and last minute resourcing requests.
  • Helping track open roles and active candidates, in partnership with Recruiting.
  • Work with the following tools at an expert level:
  • Google Suite, especially email, calendar, docs, spreadsheets), Slack
  • Nice to have: Notion, Keynote, Figma


The target range of base compensation for this role is $65k - 80k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
