Position Summary
The MSO Individual Business Analyst provides key support to the MSO Individual team, working in a fast-paced environment, with blended queue/call center performance data. Work efforts are focused on Internal performance, helping to make associated data accessible and meaningful for senior management and stakeholders providing them with business intelligence that allows them to manage and direct Medicare operations to meet performance goals and requirements.
Actively assist in collaborating with internal partners to identify data and information needs, sources of relevant data associated with Medicare performance and ensure consistency across reporting mediums, and will use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R, SQL and a data warehouse to help access, consolidate and visualize the data. The Business Analytics Analyst will support reporting, data and report automation for efficiencies, performance monitoring and trending, and ad hoc special projects, as well as facilitate action-focused/data-centered conversations about opportunities and trends in the data.
An important component of the role is to produce deeper data understanding for the Medicare Management team through helping with analysis, trending, and frequent communication--both in writing and verbally, for small and large group conference calls that include vendors, Analysts, operations management, and senior level management--to foster understanding of underlying performance issues and focus corrective action plans that serve as the engine for performance improvement. Analysis efforts will include drawing connections between various types of performance data, such as connections between quality, service levels, training and customer satisfaction.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Data Analytics experience; SQL, Power BI, Pivoting Tables, etc.
- 1-2 years of Reporting experience
- Proficient in PowerPoint for creating clear, engaging presentations
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of Word, Outlook, and related tools.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with Quick base for building and managing low-code applications
- Proficient in Tableau developing interactive dashboards and visual reports
