Description

  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs and updates.
  • Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities.
  • Identify potential delays and provide mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and distribute schedule reports, including critical path analysis and look-ahead schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements and company standards.
  • Support project teams in resource planning and allocation.
  • Participate in project meetings to present schedule status and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Profile

Project Scheduler (Fully Remote)

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling for commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred; MS Project acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • General knowledge of building and construction codes
