The Project Scheduler (Fully Remote) is responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules for commercial construction projects. This role ensures that all activities are properly sequenced, resources are allocated efficiently, and timelines are met to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Description

• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs and updates.
• Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities.
• Identify potential delays and provide mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and distribute schedule reports, including critical path analysis and look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements and company standards.
• Support project teams in resource planning and allocation.
• Participate in project meetings to present schedule status and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Profile

Project Scheduler (Fully Remote)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in scheduling for commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred; MS Project acceptable).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of building and construction codes
