We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support our creative and marketing operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day workflows, fast response times, and seamless coordination across teams and external partners.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support our creative and marketing operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day workflows, fast response times, and seamless coordination across teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Respond to branding inquiries and manage incoming emails
- Manage user access and permissions across creative/marketing applications
- Upload, organize, and maintain assets in our digital asset management (DAM) system
- Support general project management tasks across multiple simultaneous workstreams
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects moving smoothly
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders as needed
- Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and operational processes
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience in creative, marketing, or brand-driven environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy
- Clear communicator who ensures follow-through and consistency
- Familiarity with DAM systems, creative tools, and agency workflows
