We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Design team.
Our Ideal Candidate is… a content strategist with a sharp eye for visual communication and brand consistency. They excel at transforming complex research into engaging infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats that resonate with diverse audiences. They are highly collaborative, able to work seamlessly with researchers, designers, and marketing, and skilled at crafting clear creative briefs that bring complex research and ideas to life.
We are a virtual organization and as a remote worker you must be comfortable and able to work 100 per cent of the time from a home office in Canada. To be successful as a remote worker you need to have a self-starter attitude, possess strong organizational and time management skills and be a proactive communicator. Having a home office environment that provides for a productive, professional, and safe work environment during regular working/business hours is a requirement of this role. This includes internet service and a reliable connection.

About The Role
- Develop and lead strategies to convert complex research outputs into digestible, engaging content formats.
- Translate research findings into clear creative briefs for designers and other content producers.
- Infographic Strategy & Development: Lead the transformation of research findings into impactful infographics and visual formats that amplify key messages.
- Video Content Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and produce short-form video content. Use tools like Riverside to support remote video recording and interviews.
- Craft compelling narratives that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences. Shape the story behind the research and data, identify the most compelling angles and guide how they’re visually expressed.
- Collaborate with marketing, social, and web teams to disseminate content across email, social media, digital channels, and paid campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Commitment to producing high quality work and demonstrating professional values in all aspects of work and interactions with colleagues and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Content Strategy, Marketing or Communications, ideally in a research-driven or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of how to convey information visually, especially through infographics, charts, and data storytelling.
- Ability to distill complex research into digestible, audience-friendly formats.
- Keen eye for brand consistency in visual and narrative elements.
- Skilled in managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with researchers, creatives, and marketers.
- Bilingual: French and English
