Position: Software Developer

Type: Contractor

Compensation: $100–$200/hour

Location: US, UK, or Canada

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to your occupation as a Software Developer.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure the quality and relevance of the questions designed.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to align project goals.
  • Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as a Software Developer.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.

Compensation & Legal

  • At-will contractor to Mercor.
  • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
  • Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
