Customer Data Coordinator

Location: Kenosha, WI (Remote or Hybrid)

Uline is looking for a Customer Data Coordinator to review and maintain customer records, ensure data accuracy and support account updates across the business. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys research, problem-solving and working with customer information.

What you’ll do

• Review and update customer information in internal systems

• Consolidate customer accounts based on company guidelines

• Research and resolve data accuracy issues

• Categorize customers using SIC codes

• Follow department standards for account actions

• Communicate with customers via email and phone to update records

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1+ year of office experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency with Excel and Word

• Professional communication skills
