At Highclere Capital, we offer competitive Prime Mortgage solutions and will be launching our Alt-A lending program in 2026. We’re committed to responsible growth, service-first relationships, and doing the right thing.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage broker partnerships
- Drive mortgage volume and ensure file quality
- Collaborate with underwriting to deliver a seamless broker experience
- Represent Highclere at industry events and meetings
- Travel regularly within Alberta, with occasional travel out of province
What you bring:
- 5+ years in residential mortgage sales
- Broker channel experience (Alt-A or non-prime a plus)
- Regional sales management experience
- Confidence working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team
Work Location
This role is remote within Alberta. Candidates must reside in Alberta and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions/bonuses tied to performance.
Additional Requirements
Candidates will be required to complete a background check, including employment verification.
