Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest Medicare-certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure completion of all hiring-related paperwork.
  • Assists with managing staff correspondence (i.e., new hires, promotions, terminations).
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining EMR, payroll, and HRIS software.
  • Help with questions related to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of state and federal accreditation requirements and guidelines.
  • Maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Manage personnel files.
  • Notify staff when HR credentials are due to expire.
  • Notify supervisors when 90-day and annual evaluations are due.
  • Respond to correspondence received from outside organizations.
  • Responsible for instruction and completion of all trainings/in-services.
  • Implement the company’s mission and values to maintain a positive work environment.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Must display professional phone etiquette; be familiar with medical terminology and rules of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Exhibits a warm, congenial, and professional attitude along with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to accept and follow direction as well as work in a cooperative and accepting manner with others is essential.
  • Have accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Possesses strong organizational and computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
