Position: First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers

Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to the occupation of First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure questions align with industry standards.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training.
- Utilize professional experience to enhance the depth and accuracy of content.
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).
- We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Classified as an "at-will" contractor to Mercor.
- Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
