Strada’s Change Management practice supports clients globally to maximize the value of their investments in HR and Finance transformation programs. With particular emphasis on technology-enabled change programs and related HR and Finance operations, the team addresses complex business challenges with change management solutions that align business- and people-related goals.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven consultant to lead and support complex change initiatives that drive business value on behalf of our clients. The team’s consultants blend industry-leading practices with practical, hands-on experience through user-centric, data-driven techniques to ensure that our clients are able to introduce and sustain new ways of working. As part of our global Change Management practice, you will work to enable our clients’ success—aligned leaders, consultative HR and Finance operations, and more engaged employees—through daily use of digital technologies.

The Change Management Senior Consultant works with other team members and leads as well as contributes to the management and execution of key project activities and deliverables. Their responsibilities will focus on one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Communication, Training, and HR and Finance Transformation.

The Role

  • Manage and execute project plan. Manage and execute project plan activities and deliverables to meet desired objectives and deadlines, adhering to project scope, budgets, and resource planning
  • Lead and support client service and delivery. Independently lead the delivery of in-scope activities for small to medium sized client engagements, while partnering with senior team members for large-scale engagements
  • Development of client-specific-content. Perform foundational analysis, develop change management and strategic communication strategies and plans, and developing and delivering training strategies and plans; includes (but not limited to) development of communication and/or training materials
  • Build relationships. Build credible relationships with client partners, including C-level stakeholders, plus internal colleagues including team members, project leadership, PMO, functional and technical resources
  • Serve as a trusted advisor. Advise and support clients on how to best navigate change and communicate strategically within the context of broader transformation initiatives. Ensure the client team understands and implements leading practice change management approaches resulting in the attainment of key business outcomes
  • Support business development. Be comfortable and credible in contributing to the needs analysis and solution design for client engagements and pricing change services accordingly. During active engagements, identify and successfully pursue additional change management revenue opportunities
  • Identify improvement opportunities. Identify and successfully pursue opportunities to improve or change the team’s methodology and practices
  • Contribute and participate as a team member. Contribute to the practice as an engaged team member, participating in community discussions, continually learning, and supporting other consultants

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Change Management or relevant field of study
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience related to change management and/or business transformation
  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting environment or comparable client-facing role advising clients on change and communications strategy and planning, with a fluency in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, change measurement and strategic communications
  • Experience in training strategy, planning, design, creation, and delivery
  • Excellent project management and communication skills (i.e., presentation, facilitation, prioritization)
  • Strong writing skills in multiple formats, including digital and live-session communications experience
  • Ability to communicate complex cultural, behavioral, role and/or process changes clearly and succinctly
  • Ability to remain flexible, quickly learn and adapt
  • Motivated self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Aptitude to work collaboratively in an ambiguous environment, diligently applying team standards in day-to-day work
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications

Preferred

  • Certifications such as Prosci, SHRM, ASTD, etc.
  • Experience supporting deployments of cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Change management experience directly related to cloud-based technology adoption
  • Familiarity with HR and/or Finance Transformation
  • Some consulting-based sales experience as a participant in various phases of the sales cycle such as RFP responses and sales presentations

Work Environment

Travel Required - Up to 30%. Travel will vary by project. However, as this is a client-facing role, travel of 15-30% may be needed during peak periods.
