Senior Program Manager

Arbiter
Full time
160,000 - 190,000 USD / year
Healthcare
United States
Hiring from: United States
Arbiter is the AI-powered care orchestration system that unites healthcare. Today, healthcare runs on $100B+ in fragmented point solutions that can't see the full picture. We replace them with a single intelligent system that sits on top of EMRs and existing workflows, unifies clinical, policy, and financial data, then automates the actions that close care gaps - starting with site-of-care optimization.

Backed by one of the largest seed rounds in health tech history and operators who bring the expertise and distribution to scale nationally, we're building the connected infrastructure healthcare should have had all along.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex, multi-step deployments of Arbiter’s platform across large healthcare organizations. You’ll translate product and engineering concepts into clear implementation plans, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and ensure each launch drives measurable clinical and operational value. You’ll move fluidly between technical detail and executive-level communication, guiding customers through change while partnering closely with Product and Engineering to ensure successful delivery.

  • Lead Complex Implementations: Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for multi-phase implementations across payer, provider, and enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, requirements, and outcomes are met.
  • Bridge Product, Engineering, and Client Needs: Translate customer workflows, data requirements, and integration needs into actionable plans. Partner with engineering teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and anticipate risks.
  • Manage Multi-Stakeholder Healthcare Deployments: Coordinate across clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders on both sides of the partnership, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution.
  • Drive Customer Readiness and Adoption: Prepare clients for launch through workflow mapping, training, change management, and ongoing support. Monitor success metrics and surface insights to improve future implementations.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on implementation learnings. Identify process gaps and help refine Arbiter’s playbooks, templates, and delivery approach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years in healthcare technology, software, services, or implementation roles
  • Experience managing complex implementations or deployments for enterprise healthcare technology, involving multi-stakeholder coordination and data or workflow integrations
  • Strong ability to speak product and engineering translating between technical teams and customer-facing groups
  • Demonstrated success working directly with large healthcare clients (payers, health systems, or provider groups) in high-stakes environments
  • Comfort getting into technical details including APIs, data flows, system configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills across audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives

This role can be remote or onsite, based in our New York City or Boca Raton offices, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where great ideas move quickly from whiteboard to production.
