The Role
Cognizant is seeking a motivated and innovative Contact Center Program Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and optimizing project management processes

Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure completion on time and within scope.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools to track project status and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support project delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the development of project management skills within the organization through training and mentoring.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance project management processes.
- Experience: 10–12 years in program management.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM).
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English
- Experience with PPM expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on achieving project goals.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously with successful delivery.
- Proficiency in PPM tools and software for portfolio management and reporting.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.
