Chief Revenue Officer

Arbiter
Full time
350,000 - 450,000 USD / year
Healthcare
United States
Hiring from: United States
Arbiter is the AI-powered care orchestration system that unites healthcare. Today, healthcare runs on $100B+ in fragmented point solutions that can't see the full picture. We replace them with a single intelligent system that sits on top of EMRs and existing workflows, unifies clinical, policy, and financial data, then automates the actions that close care gaps - starting with site-of-care optimization.

Backed by one of the largest seed rounds in health tech history and operators who bring the expertise and distribution to scale nationally, we're building the connected infrastructure healthcare should have had all along.

Responsibilities

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be the founding commercial leader and a key partner in defining Arbiter’s path to product/market fit and scale. You’ll shape how Arbiter brings its platform to market - from identifying the right customer segments and value propositions to designing the strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes. Once those foundations are in place, you’ll own all revenue-generating functions, including enterprise sales, business development, and partnerships - translating early market validation into scalable growth. Working closely with the CEO and product leadership, you’ll expand our footprint across payers and providers and build a world-class team that drives lasting client impact. This is a rare, unique opportunity to help define how a next-generation healthcare platform commercializes, scales, and becomes the system of record for connected care.

  • Lead Arbiter’s enterprise revenue strategy, including sales, business development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product to define early solutions and validate product/market fit, while also working with marketing and operations to ensure offerings meet client needs and market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of Arbiter’s platform and site-of-care programs.
  • Drive adoption of site-of-care optimization programs for payers, CINs, ACOs, and risk-bearing PCP networks.
  • Expand licensing and revenue share opportunities for Arbiter’s platform and agentic capabilities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue organization with a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder engagements to ensure measurable outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to scale platform adoption and maximize value for payers and providers.
  • Drive revenue growth and long-term client retention through upselling, cross-selling, and expanded adoption.
  • Represent Arbiter externally to the healthcare ecosystem and industry stakeholders, reinforcing the company’s mission and thought leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years in healthcare technology, software, or services.
  • Experience partnering with product and clinical teams to shape early solutions and validate product/market fit, not just sell mature products.
  • Proven success commercializing enterprise healthcare solutions across payers, providers, and value-based organizations, aligning diverse stakeholders around measurable outcomes.
  • Track record of building and scaling Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing revenue teams with clear accountability and operational rigor.
  • Demonstrated ability to success lead driving adoption of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigate payer and provider contracting dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders.

This role can be remote or onsite, based in our New York City or Boca Raton offices, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where great ideas move quickly from whiteboard to production.
