Director of Admissions, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD

Full time
Business Management
Canada
Hiring from: Canada
This role is not about promoting an institution. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.
Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, freeing time to develop competencies in entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses by year-end 2025, and each begins with a foundational interaction: the admissions experience. That is your responsibility.
This is a curated, high-touch engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a volume-driven process of forms and templated outreach. You will oversee the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing executive-level service throughout. You will screen inquiries, support families through complex decision cycles, and deploy AI systems to eliminate administrative overhead so your focus remains on relationship quality, conversion outcomes, and credibility.
If you are prepared for a position where sophisticated service meets accelerated execution — and where AI is not marketing language, but an operational foundation — submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.
