This position is fully remote for candidates living within the Kansas area.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of claims handling through our structured, hands-on training program
• Investigate and evaluate auto claims, including liability and property damage
• Communicate with customers with empathy, professionalism, and clarity as you guide them through the claims process
• Collaborate closely with internal claims teams, external vendors, and legal partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution
• Maintain detailed documentation and stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements

• Motivated, coachable individuals eager to grow—no prior insurance experience required but preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
