Position: Private Detectives and Investigators
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $50–$95/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks

Position: Private Detectives and Investigators
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $50–$95/hour

Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to the occupation of Private Detectives and Investigators using professional experience.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to a top AI research project.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of content to improve AI model performance.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine and enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate personal and project needs.
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Private Detectives and Investigators.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
- We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
- Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
