Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources

Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau

Perform trend analysis and forecasting to support business planning

Collaborate across departments to support data-driven decisions

Present insights and recommendations to leadership stakeholders

Analytical Focus

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)

Create automated reporting systems for operational efficiency

Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize processes

Identify data quality issues and implement improvement strategies

Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytical techniques

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles

Proven track record of translating data into actionable business insights

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas

Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis

Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
