Position: Software Engineer

Type: Hourly contractor

Compensation: $70–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 24-hour sprint

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable APIs and service layers interfacing with advanced AI models.
  • Configure environments and design databases for high-performance systems.
  • Collaborate on real-world engineering work to support next-generation machine learning applications.
  • Lead the creation of complex database schemas and ensure robust system architecture.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of elite software engineering experience.
  • Computer Science degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK.
  • Expertise in API development, including creation, testing, and integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database structuring.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience using coding agents in software engineering workflows.
  • Success in leading teams in demanding environments.

Start Date

  • Next 1–2 weeks
