We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to accelerate our U.S. growth. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who thrives on building relationships with grocery retail leaders, shaping innovative solutions, and closing complex enterprise deals.

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to accelerate our U.S. growth. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who thrives on building relationships with grocery retail leaders, shaping innovative solutions, and closing complex enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do:
- Grow Shopic’s U.S. grocery retail pipeline.
- Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Build trusted partnerships with operations, IT, innovation, and asset-protection executives.
- Translate customer challenges into clear business value powered by ShopWatch’s data and insights.
- Collaborate closely with our product and delivery teams to ensure seamless rollouts and success stories.
- 5–10 years of experience selling retail technology solutions, ideally in the grocery sector.
- Proven success in enterprise-level sales with long, consultative cycles.
- Deep understanding of in-store operations, shrink, and emerging retail technologies.
- Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and closer.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation in physical retail.
