About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant at CME Associates, you'll serve as the operational backbone for our engineering teams, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient office operations. You'll be the go-to resource for project coordination, client communications, and administrative support that enables our engineers to focus on delivering exceptional results.

This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing you to connect with team members while maintaining productivity from your preferred work environment. You'll join a supportive administrative team while working closely with engineering professionals across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilitie

  • sManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for engineering project team
  • sPrepare, edit, and format technical documents, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detai
  • lCoordinate project documentation including contracts, proposals, and compliance material
  • sServe as primary point of contact for client communications, providing professional and responsive servic
  • eOrganize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for projects and administrative record
  • sAssist with preparation for client meetings, including material preparation and logistics coordinatio
  • nProcess expense reports, timesheets, and other administrative documents accurately and efficientl
  • yCoordinate travel arrangements for team members attending project sites or client meeting
  • sManage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational efficienc
  • ySupport the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training session
  • sAssist with onboarding new team members and providing administrative orientatio
  • nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalis

  • ceAssociate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (Bachelor's preferre
