Job Description

The client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple complex workstreams. This role focuses on driving sprint execution, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled at facilitating collaboration between technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project planning activities including sprint scheduling, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Identify and resolve risks and impediments, escalating when necessary to maintain progress.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and dependencies to ensure PI commitments are met.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align sprint goals with organizational priorities.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with business-facing experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and project tracking metrics.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Workday, especially Compensation modules.
• SAFe Agile or Scrum Master (SCM) certification.
