This position is Contract to Hire
MUST HAVE:
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
YOUR ROLE
Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.
OUTCOMES
- Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off—backed by A/B test results and user insights
- Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration
- Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
- Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
- Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization
- Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability
- Performance-Minded: Designs with a CRO-first lens, balancing business goals with user needs to drive measurable outcomes
- Analytical: Relies on data and behavioral patterns to uncover insights and validate hypotheses through experimentation and iteration
- Initiative-Driven: Doesn’t wait for direction—identifies design gaps and proactively proposes and executes UX solutions
- Clear Communicator: Effectively tailors communication to different audiences—whether engineers, PMs, or stakeholders—ensuring alignment and clarity
- Collaborative: Thrives in cross-functional environments, building productive relationships across design, product, and engineering teams
- Mentorship-Oriented: Shares expertise, coaches peers, and helps foster a high-performance UX culture
- Strategic Thinker: Understands how UX decisions impact broader business objectives and prioritizes solutions accordingly
