Responsibilities
- Conduct economic, financial, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making on critical business issues
- Develop and maintain price and cost models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities
- Calculate and present returns on investment for proposed initiatives and capital projects
- Lead capacity forecasting efforts across the organization to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Support budgeting processes for operating expenses, capital expenditures, and resource planning
- Prepare regular reports and variance analyses to track performance against forecasts and budgets
- Design and implement systems and tools that enhance analytical capabilities and reporting efficiency
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure planning tools evolve with changing business needs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Expertise in building and managing complex financial models
- Business forecasting and variance analysis capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- SQL knowledge
- Operations or capacity planning experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
- Graduate degree such as MBA or equivalent
- 3-6 years of experience in capacity planning or related analytical roles

- Location: Remote
- Duration: 6 months
- Pay Range*: $38 - $40 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
