- Participate in national and state-level business reviews to support strategy with insight and clarity.

- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives including AOP, reforecasting, QBRs, and new market launches.
- Develop reporting templates that improve decision velocity and cross-functional alignment.
- Act as a thought partner to Sales leadership by identifying key performance drivers and recommending data-based actions.
What we're looking for...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Commercial Insights — ideally within CPG, cannabis, or other high-growth consumer goods sectors.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI, Salesforce).
- Experience building automated dashboards or reports that enhance visibility and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to “tell the story” behind the numbers.
- Experience collaborating across departments and influencing decisions through data.
- Familiarity with forecasting, demand planning, or revenue management is a plus.
