As Vice President, Strategic Growth – Canada, you will lead a mature and motivated sales team by directing the strategy and commercial execution for all our Microsoft solutions (ERP Business Central, Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform, AI/Copilot, Civio & Legio). This is a unique opportunity to drive Gestisoft’s growth in Canada and become a true strategic facilitator for our clients and partners.

Here’s what your daily life will look like:

Drive national growth

  • Define and lead the national growth plan: sector priorities, Gestisoft offerings, territories, channels, and sales model.
  • Set sales objectives aligned with Gestisoft’s growth goals.
  • Maintain a rigorous weekly execution framework (forecasts, pipeline, KPIs) with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Support and participate in strategic negotiations.
  • Stimulate growth of the installed base (upsell, cross-sell, renewals).
  • Ensure strong and constant alignment with the operations team.
  • Co-build an action plan aligned with Microsoft teams.

Shape a performance culture

  • Mentor the account management leadership team.
  • Coach on mastering complex cycles, executive management, and negotiation.
  • Establish an execution culture (cadence, metrics, pipeline updates).
  • Supervise and inspire the sales and Sales Ops team.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure objectives are exceeded.

We are looking for someone capable of leading strategic initiatives from start to finish, who enjoys both analyzing opportunities and developing and executing concrete action plans. We especially value your versatility, ability to combine strategic vision, commercial and technological expertise, and autonomy to grow Gestisoft and help your team deliver exceptional results.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is considered an asset.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in growth and revenue management in a B2B SaaS environment (ERP/CRM/AI).
  • Strong ability to develop and implement corporate strategies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Inspiring leadership, professional rigor, and a constant focus on operational excellence.
  • Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written, to collaborate effectively with our partners.
