Type: Hourly Contractor
Compensation: $85–$120/hour

Position: Software Engineer

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and configure robust, high-performance systems for next-generation machine learning applications.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and service layers interfacing with advanced AI models.
- Configure environments and design databases to support real-world engineering work.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure system robustness and performance.
Must-Have
- 3+ years of elite software engineering experience in top-tier technology startups or similar environments.
- Highly skilled in Python.
- Experience with open-source contributions or large codebases.
- Computer Science or related degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK.
- Expert-level proficiency in API development, including creation, testing, and integration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mid to late October; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
