Project Management

Hiring from: United States
Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly organized and results-driven Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale implementation and integration projects for our enterprise clients. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery—including planning, execution, reporting, and client communication—ensuring quality, timelines, and goals are met across multiple initiatives.

If you thrive on solving complex problems, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating client needs into actionable solutions, this role is for you.

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates across approved U.S. states, with a preference for those in Texas (especially Austin).

Who We Are:

LeadingReach is a health-tech SaaS provider on a mission to change the way healthcare manages patient care.

Based in Austin, Texas, LeadingReach is a HIPAA-secure, web-based platform that connects healthcare providers together on the LeadingReach Network enabling them to refer patients, share clinical documentation, and communicate digitally, reducing the need for faxes and phone calls between providers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple enterprise-scale projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives for large healthcare clients, using data to identify opportunities and communicate results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
  • Extract and analyze data to create clear, meaningful presentations for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Serve as a change agent—challenging existing processes and using insights to influence enterprise-wide improvements.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across all project phases.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape software features and service offerings that drive short- and long-term growth.
  • Provide training and support to enterprise clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Stay curious and proactive—continually learning new technologies, approaches, and best practices to elevate project delivery.

What You Need:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven success managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

Preferred:

  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for clients
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and proactive in managing expectations

What We Offer:

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive salary
  • 100% Remote, must be based in U.S
  • Startup environment within a stable, industry-leading company
  • 20 days PTO, 4 paid mental health days, plus paid holidays
  • Company-sponsored health, vision and dental benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program - $0 cost to you and your household
  • Matching 401k with no vesting period
  • Flexible schedule that emphasizes a collaborative team synergy with personal accountability
  • Regular company (often themed) events: virtual happy hours, our annual company holiday party, group game nights and other fun team events
