You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery—including planning, execution, reporting, and client communication—ensuring quality, timelines, and goals are met across multiple initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple enterprise-scale projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives for large healthcare clients, using data to identify opportunities and communicate results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
- Extract and analyze data to create clear, meaningful presentations for enterprise stakeholders.
- Serve as a change agent—challenging existing processes and using insights to influence enterprise-wide improvements.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across all project phases.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape software features and service offerings that drive short- and long-term growth.
- Provide training and support to enterprise clients and internal teams as needed.
- Stay curious and proactive—continually learning new technologies, approaches, and best practices to elevate project delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven success managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
- Results-driven, collaborative, and proactive in managing expectations
