Toronto-Based Sales Leader Wanted at Billion-Dollar Value-Add Distributor

Compensation: Base salary range C$155K - C$165K, 35% SIP, 10% EBITDA

This company’s Toronto-based Canadian territory is technically the largest by geography, but currently the smallest by revenue. And that’s where you come in: There’s about $60 million on the books right now and a clear runway to hit $100 million and beyond.


This is a chance to build, lead, and grow a high-performing team of four while shaping strategy and execution across a large region.

What's it going to take to score an interview?


  • 8–10 years of progressive sales leadership (bonus if you’ve managed sales managers)
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships
  • Experience leading regional teams in a complex B2B or B2B2C environment
  • Strategic mindset + roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
  • Comfort collaborating across marketing, product, and operations
  • You must be Toronto, Ontario-based
