Role Overview
The Manager of Implementations, Customer Success will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment and adoption of Nym’s products for new and existing clients. You will oversee the process in collaboration with our clients, ensuring that health systems are implemented effectively and realize the full value of our offerings. This role requires a unique blend of project management, healthcare knowledge, and customer success expertise to guide our clients through the implementation lifecycle, from initial configuration to post-live optimization.

Role Overview
The Manager of Implementations, Customer Success will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment and adoption of Nym’s products for new and existing clients. You will oversee the process in collaboration with our clients, ensuring that health systems are implemented effectively and realize the full value of our offerings. This role requires a unique blend of project management, healthcare knowledge, and customer success expertise to guide our clients through the implementation lifecycle, from initial configuration to post-live optimization.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead and Manage Implementations:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Nym’s solutions for our health system clients; providing guidance and support internally and externally throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, R&D) to ensure smooth and timely project execution in alignment with client expectations and requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation and immediate post go-live phases, setting clear expectations and managing any project risks or issues
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure that all implementation projects are delivered on schedule and within scope
- Track and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring all milestones are achieved and client needs are met
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on the product and implementation process
- Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring that they understand the implementation process, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the implementation phase to ensure a positive experience and smooth transition to support, ensuring that clients are set up for long-term success
- Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the implementation process and documentation, ensuring a more efficient and effective customer experience
- Work across Nym’s teams to identify product improvements, feature requests, and customer insights to enhance future implementations
- Use data and customer feedback to drive process improvements and refine best practice
- Healthcare Industry Expertise:
- Leverage your knowledge of healthcare systems, workflows, and compliance requirements to ensure that implementation plans are aligned with industry standards and best practices
- Work closely with health system stakeholders to understand their unique operational needs and challenges, customizing the implementation approach as necessary
- Become a subject matter expert on Nym’s offerings and revenue cycle management; reliably represent our capabilities to advance the adoption of Nym’s engine
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or client implementation within the healthcare or SaaS space
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare clients and internal teams
- Experience working with health systems, provider groups, or healthcare organizations, with a solid understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and compliance
- Passion for working for an early-stage healthcare company and you are comfortable with navigating ambiguity
- You thrive in a collaborative, diverse, cross-functional environment.
- Located in Eastern Time (preferred) or Central Time Zone.
- You are willing to travel occasionally, to clients for key meetings to Nym HQ in New York City.
