Position: Legal and Compliance Specialist

Role Responsibilities
- Use proprietary tools to annotate and evaluate data related to legal and compliance topics.
- Provide detailed input on scenarios involving contract analysis, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with research and technical teams to develop, test, and improve data annotation workflows.
- Analyze complex legal materials to ensure accuracy and integrity in AI model understanding.
- Interpret evolving task instructions and maintain consistency, precision, and sound professional judgment.
Must-Have
- Professional experience in legal, compliance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in reading and writing both informal and professional English.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and apply critical reasoning to complex material.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and AI-driven solutions for legal and compliance systems.
- JD, bar admission, or recognized certification such as Certified Compliance Professional (CCP).
- Experience mentoring or training others in legal or compliance practices.
- Familiarity with AI workflows, data annotation, or technology-focused legal environments.
- Comfortable recording short audio or video sessions for data collection.
- Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location.
