- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging systems.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality in handling patient or client information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and efficient communication.
- Follow company policies, communication standards, and service quality expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer insights and feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare or service-related industries.
- Excellent written English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple chat platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare processes is an asset (training provided).
