About the role:
The mission of the Support Team is to build user trust & engagement by acting as the voice of our users, creating value-adding education and resources, swiftly providing reactive support, and focusing on user success by proactively planning for future needs. As a member of our growing team, you’ll work alongside us and further our mission by owning the ticket queue, fielding urgent requests, and ensuring our users receive swift responses.
As a Community Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Efficiently responding to 200+ written inquiries a week via Intercom, ensuring every user feels heard and supported.
- Taking full ownership of each case from the first message through to resolution, delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
- Supporting mission-critical functions such as payouts, project mediation and fraud prevention, maintaining accuracy and integrity across all workflows.
- Educate and empower users by providing clear guidance, tutorials, and resources that help both clients and designers get the most from our platform.
- Be the voice of our community by identifying patterns in feedback and partnering with internal teams to improve the overall user experience.
We're looking for:
- Excellent listening and empathy skills. You can read between the lines to identify the root causes of customer issues. You’re a stellar communicator and can express yourself well through email, chat, and video communication.

- Someone who seeks first to learn and listen. You see each small task as an opportunity to learn more about our users, the product, the team, and yourself.

- Experience in supporting customers in an e-commerce digital marketplace setting, already have knowledge of the design world, and may even be a creator yourself!

Dribbble has shared the base salary range that, in good faith, we expect to offer applicants for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on a mix of factors such as your experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, and our current business needs.
ANNUAL BASE SALARY RANGE
- $45,000 - $50,000 CAD
