Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for an Entry-Level Proprietary Options Trader. Equity Trading is also available but the firm specializes in option trading. SPX, 0dte and most option strategies are allowed. The trader will engage in day-to-day tasks such as implementing options strategies, market making, trading, proprietary trading, and hedging. The role involves applying Maverick's proprietary tools, rule-based tactics, and methodologies in a disciplined and confident manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Options Strategies and Trading
• Skills in Market Making and Proprietary Trading
• Experience with Hedging
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• A college degree is helpful but not necessary
• Prior trading experience is a plus but not required
