About the Role: We’re looking for a Junior Insights & Reporting Analyst to join our Client Success team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Director of Client Success to analyze data from the InnerSpace portal and build insight-driven reports for our clients. You’ll help turn complex workplace data into clear, actionable stories that inform client strategy and decision-making.


What You’ll Do:

  • Pull and organize data from the InnerSpace platform to support client reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to determine key metrics, visualizations, and insights for client presentations.
  • Build client-ready reports and presentations using Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
  • Analyze usage patterns, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Help translate data into meaningful narratives that support client goals and strategic recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline report generation, summarize findings, and enhance insight development.


What You Bring:

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, charts).
  • Solid understanding of Google Slides/PowerPoint for creating clear, professional client reports.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and comfort interpreting data patterns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn how data drives client success.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an eagerness to apply them in daily workflows.
