The Role

As the Founder’s Right Hand, you’ll work directly with the CEO across every aspect of the business — strategy, operations, growth, partnerships, and product.

You’ll be the founder’s execution partner, turning ideas into results and ensuring the company runs with speed, precision, and focus.

This is a high-trust, high-impact position designed for someone who wants to learn how to build a global company from the inside — and eventually lead one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution – Translate ideas into actionable plans and ensure flawless delivery across product, operations, and growth.
  • Project Ownership – Lead cross-functional initiatives — from new city launches to process automation — and drive them to completion.
  • Operational Support – Handle critical business priorities, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Research & Analysis – Conduct deep dives into markets, competitors, and new opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Talent & Recruiting – Help identify and onboard exceptional talent that fits The Flex’s high-performance culture.
  • Founder Leverage – Act as an extension of the CEO — anticipating needs, managing priorities, and keeping the organization aligned.
  • Growth & Partnerships – Support business development efforts and nurture relationships with partners, investors, and key stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, or venture building.
  • A strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you don’t wait for direction; you make things happen.
  • Curiosity for real estate tech, automation, and scaling businesses.
