SAP HCM Functional Analyst (34470)

Overview

Our client is initiating multiple projects within the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) domain and is seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong configuration expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).

These roles will be responsible for configuring, analyzing, and supporting SAP HCM modules to enable efficient HR processes and system enhancements across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM PA and OM modules in alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP technical teams to design, implement, and validate configuration changes.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing SAP modules and external systems.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation and reusable templates.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Support release, deployment, and performance management initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 3 years of configuration experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Strong understanding of HR data models, workflows, and integration points within SAP.
• Experience with system change/configuration management and release processes.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex functional requirements.

• ABAP debugging or scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
