Senior Strategic Feasibility Manager

The Strategic Feasibility Senior Manager plays a critical role in enabling successful clinical trials by leading the early planning that drives study execution. This role applies advanced analytics, innovative approaches, and cross-functional collaboration to design practical study strategies. The position is responsible for guiding feasibility assessments, shaping proposals and bid defenses, and ensuring country and site selections, timelines, and operational assumptions are realistic, data-driven, and aligned with sponsor objectives.

What We Look For

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in industry, healthcare, or data-driven feasibility, including at least 2 years in a CRO (preferably feasibility-focused).
  • Strong background in medicine, science, or a related discipline, with broad international experience in clinical drug development across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to create persuasive narratives and compelling visualizations (charts, graphics, etc.).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt dynamically to new information.
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills across small and large audiences.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and foster a collaborative, quality-driven culture.
