Position: Producer/Director
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $100–$175/hour
Location: Remote

Position: Producer/Director

Role Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world production and direction based on professional experience.
- Create realistic situations involving project development, creative vision execution, budget management, crew coordination, talent direction, and production scheduling.
- Develop scenarios for script development, pre-production planning, on-set decision-making, post-production oversight, managing creative conflicts, working with stakeholders, handling production challenges, and delivering projects on deadline.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to production and direction queries for accuracy and professional standards.
- Provide detailed feedback on production and direction scenarios to improve AI training.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research.
Must-Have
- 4+ years professional experience as a producer, director, showrunner, or production manager in media/entertainment organizations.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
- Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
- 14 years experience preferred.
- Immediately
- Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
- Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
