Position: Real Estate Sales Agent
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $75–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 weeks
Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

Position: Real Estate Sales Agent
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $75–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 weeks
Commitment: 20–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world real estate sales based on professional experience.
- Create realistic situations involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, market analysis, and closing transactions.
- Develop scenarios for handling buyer objections, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, staging advice, and navigating multiple offer situations.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to real estate sales queries for accuracy and professional standards.
- Provide detailed feedback on real estate sales scenarios to improve AI training.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Must-Have
- 4+ years professional experience as a real estate sales agent in residential or commercial property sales.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
- Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
- 14 years experience preferred.
- Immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
- Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
