Position: Financial Manager

Role Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world financial management based on professional experience.
- Create realistic situations involving budget planning, financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning.
- Develop scenarios for overseeing accounting teams, preparing financial forecasts, managing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing financial controls.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to financial management queries for accuracy and professional standards.
- Provide detailed feedback on financial management scenarios to improve AI training.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Must-Have
- 4+ years professional experience as a financial manager, finance director, or controller in finance or insurance.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
- Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
- 14 years experience preferred.
- Immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
- Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
- Applications reviewed continuously; shortlisted professionals will be contacted for next steps.
