Type: Hourly contractor
Compensation: $55–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Minimum of 1-2 months

Position: STEM PhD Contributor

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with prominent AI researchers in a private Slack channel to create high-quality data.
- Develop challenging problems in your domain to inform the future of AI innovation.
- Work independently and asynchronously to fit your schedule and meet project goals.
- Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks to elevate AI model performance.
- Provide exceptional written and verbal communication to enhance team collaboration.
Must-Have
- STEM PhD from a top university in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Undergraduate degree from US/UK/Canada, Europe, or India.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- June; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Short interview and form; 20–30 mins.
- Hourly contractor classification.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
