Position: Software Engineer

Type: Hourly contractor

Compensation: $50–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 1–2 months

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable APIs and service layers interfacing with advanced AI models.
  • Configure environments and design databases to support machine learning applications.
  • Lead the creation and testing of complex database schemas.
  • Collaborate asynchronously and work independently with flexible hours.
  • Enhance system performance to meet the demands of next-generation AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1+ years of elite software engineering experience.
  • Computer Science degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database structuring.
  • Expert-level skills in API development.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Start Date

  • Mid to late August; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor
  • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect
