With the launch of our flagship generative AI product, we’ve consistently exceeded our revenue targets quarter over quarter and continue to accelerate our growth. Our product roadmap is ambitious, customer-focused, and designed to deliver exceptional value at speed.
On the heels of our $122M USD Series D funding, we’re scaling quickly and building the design foundation to support Blue J’s next stage of growth. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our product experience, elevate design excellence, and establish consistent design systems that scale with us.

- Value curiosity, creativity, and collaboration - and bring a positive, playful spirit to your work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end design process: research, discovery, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and developer handoff.
- Building and maintaining a design system, style guide, and component library that scales with our growing product.
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to translate ideas into thoughtful, user-friendly solutions.
- Conducting user interviews and usability testing, using feedback to refine and improve the experience.
- Connecting directly with customers to ensure solutions meet real-world needs and stay easy to use.

- Contributing to front-end code (HTML, CSS, React) to speed up delivery and ensure fidelity.
- Improving Figma workflows and documentation to make life easier for the whole team.
- Advocating for great design across the organization and sharing knowledge to raise the bar for everyone.

- A collaborative approach to working with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Clear communication skills and a thoughtful approach to explaining design decisions.
- A passion for usability, accessibility, and creating experiences that delight users.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset - you see opportunities to make things better and act on them.
