Business Management
Canada
Hiring from: Canada
You’re not here to sell a school. You're earning the trust of families making one of the most high-stakes decisions of their lives.
At Alpha, students learn core academics in just two hours a day using AI-powered platforms and spend the rest of their time mastering real-world skills like entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We’re on track to launch 25 new campuses by the end of 2025, and every one of them starts with a single conversation: the admissions journey. That’s where you come in.
This is a premium, white-glove experience tailored to HNW/UHNW families — not a pipeline of paperwork or scripted calls. You’ll own the full admissions journey for your families from first touch to handoff, delivering concierge-level service at every step. You’ll qualify inquiries, guide families through their decision-making, and use AI tools to automate admin so you can focus on what matters: relationships, conversion, and trust.
If you’re looking for a role where high-stakes service meets high-speed execution — and where AI isn’t a buzzword, but a core value — apply now.
