We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join our team! Reporting to our North American Industry Sales Director, you’ll form and develop strong partnerships with travel agents and work with new partnership organizations to form new customer channels. With autonomy to manage key accounts and source and develop new business opportunities, this role will be varied, diverse and fast paced.

  • Remote USA
  • Competitive Base Salary ($70-75,000 USD) + Commission. Total OTE up to $100,000/annually

What you’ll do:

  • In this role, you will manage the day-to-day relationships with key regional US Trade Agents to deliver commercial growth in line with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate closely with partners both inside and outside of the business to find and resolve operational issues and to consistently achieve key performance indicators. You will also need to be focused on driving growth and should be highly motivated by the achievement of results.
  • You will form and develop strong partnerships with travel agents and work with new partnership organizations to form new customer channels. With autonomy to manage key accounts and source and develop new business opportunities, this role will be varied, diverse and fast paced.


What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ travel industry account management with strong agent relationships and key contacts
  • Proven sales, analytical, and marketing expertise
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-builder across teams, leaders, partners, and clients
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled in issue resolution
  • Positive, energetic culture champion, encouraging continuous improvement
  • Flexible with travel (25–50%) and hours, including evenings, weekends, and international events
