Real Estate Portfolio Director

As a Real Estate Portfolio Director at Flix, you will lead and optimize our diverse real estate portfolio across North America and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Flix’s leased properties by driving value through strategic planning, asset management, stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, and operational excellence.

About The Role

• Direct & manage real estate activities for the U.S., Canada & Mexico, including the sale or acquisition of owned, leased or licensed properties, income leases or joint ventures
• Coordinate delivery of real estate projects with design and construction including formulation of capital expenditures & project schedules
• Manage relationships with brokers, appraisers, consultants, landlords, and government agencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align real estate strategy with operational and financial goals
• Drive governance, compliance, and process improvements in real estate transactions
• Travel across North America, up to 40%
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field (CPA a plus)
• 10+ years of experience managing large corporate real estate portfolios
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based tools
