As a Collective Arts Brewing Support, your role will be to assist our Territory Sales Manager for Toronto to build our brand and brand presence in the market. You will also support the planning and execution of in field samplings and education, events and festivals. You will be a face and advocate of our portfolio, help to educate our customers and consumers, be passionate, engaging, memorable and love all things art, music, and craft beer related.

A Typical Day As On Premise Sales Support Includes
- Providing support to the Ontario On Premise Sales Team on an ongoing, as needed basis.
- Utilize Telesales to assist the Territory Manager in account communication, rollout of new products and programming.
- Identifying decision makers and collecting information from new partner accounts.
- Supporting, organizing, planning the execution of in-market events and trade shows.
- Conducting samplings and tastings of the CAB portfolio for hospitality staff and customers, as well as at retailers, events, and festivals.
- Know the Collective Arts portfolio inside and out, including spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain sampling gear and event equipment, so everything is organized and ready to go at all times.
- Assist with emergency product deliveries.
- Sales & Account Support 35%: Assist the Territory Sales Manager with day-to-day account communication, telesales outreach, and execution of new product rollouts and programs. Support in identifying new partner accounts and gathering key contact and sales information.
- Event & Sampling Execution 30%: Plan, organize, and execute in-market events, tastings, and festivals. Act as the face of Collective Arts, educating customers and consumers on our full portfolio across beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Customer & Consumer Education 20%: Build brand awareness through meaningful interactions, ensuring hospitality staff and customers are knowledgeable and excited about our products. Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in every engagement.
- Operational & Logistics Support 15%: Deliver sampling and event gear, ensure materials are organized and ready for use, and assist with product deliveries or event setup as needed. Assist with deliveries whenever possible.
- A new grad looking to get into Sales and Marketing within the alcoholic beverages/cpg industry
- A craft beer, arts and music lover of all kinds.
- A person who has a passion for being in front of people.
- Someone self-motivated; you are a professional, and you demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. We need you to be confident in your decisions!
- Out-going and energetic. We need you to educate people on our products and mission! It’s a lot of fun pouring and serving craft beers and we need you to be engaging.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- A valid G class driver's license + a reliable vehicle and a willingness to drive downtown Toronto
- Ability to lift up to 40kg.
- Smart Serve Certified.
- Reside in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
